Introduction to Food Hygiene - HACCP

Participants will receive certification from the Environmental Health Officers Association. The programme covers the following topics:

• Food Hygiene

• Food Contamination

• Food Delivery and Storage

• Food Preparation

• Personal Hygiene

• Design and layout of Food Premises etc.
